Nusa Meat Home Delivery will be taking a break next week.

Please kindly place your orders before this Friday if you would like to stock up on your fresh meat and groceries before the school holidays. 🏫

Home delivery will resume on Tuesday 27 September. 🚐

For our customers in Casey, our next delivery will be on Thursday 29 September. 🏠

Good morning lovely Nusa customers,

We hope that you have been staying safe and enjoying the outdoors as we venture into a summer with eased restrictions.

We would like to announce a few changes to our delivery schedule.

🆕Delivery Days – Tuesday to Saturday
🆕Pick up available – Tuesday to Saturday

We have taken into consideration that Monday is one of the busiest days of the week, with our restaurant customers opening up, as well as our home delivery customers juggling offline work and school runs.

From next week onwards, we will no longer be providing Monday home delivery.

Monday delivery suburbs will be moved to Tuesday or Wednesday.

Western suburbs will continue to receive deliveries on Wednesdays and Fridays.

However, we also have some exciting news ✨

Nusa Meat is introducing Saturday delivery to our customers residing in the Cities of Melbourne, Yarra, Whitehorse and Boroondara.

Please place your Saturday orders by Thursday night so that we may prepare your orders accordingly.

A reminder that pick up at our warehouse in Richmond is available before noon from Tuesday to Saturday, so you can pick up your fresh meat just before your weekend barbecues 😋

We would like to thank our amazing Nusa community for all your support in and out of lockdowns.

Hello everyone! We would like to update you on our newly integrated credit/debit card payment during the checkout. We will process your orders once payment is made. Since we cannot guarantee the availability or weight of some products, there may be some differences in the final bill. We will contact you to arrange for refund or request for a top up amount on the day of delivery once we have the final invoice. Thank you for your patience and support.

NUSA FOOD recognises the effect the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is having on the community and our thoughts are with those who have been impacted here in Australia and around the world.

We are working to minimise service disruptions during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are actively responding to a rapidly evolving environment. Some measures we’ve already taken include to ensure the safety of our people and clients:

  • All of our people will using a mask and glove while working.
  • Reinforcing hygiene protocols
  • Reducing personal contact in the delivery of our services to comply with the latest government health recommendations

NUSA FOOD will continue to respond to the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services, (DHHS) and Australian Federal Government measures to limit the risk of exposure to the virus while sustaining essential services. We will continue to keep you updated as quickly as we can.
