NUSA MEAT is happy to have reached an agreement with Black Label Berkshire to be Victoria’s sole distributor and retail for the Kurobuta Pork.
Black Label Berkshire are the winner of 3 medals at the 2017 Sydney Royal Show.
Berkshire pigs are fed with grain produce. It is known as the Wagyu of pork. The Black Label Berkshire herd pedigree includes bloodlines from world famous pigs.
Berkshire pork has a darker pink meat and marbled with fat.
